THE PROCESS

 Contact us via our free estimate form or call 770-242-2263 and a representative will set up an appointment to look at your job and gather the necessary information.

PROPOSAL

 A detailed proposal along with a computer drawing and references will be prepared for your review within seven days.

FOLLOW UP

 A representative will follow up with you to answer any questions you may have concerning your proposal and job layout. If everything looks good a mutually convenient time is set up to sign the contract and to put your job on the schedule.

CONSTRUCTION
PROCESS

 When it is time to start your job we let you know at least 7 days in advance so you can anticipate our arrival. The job will go in the phases listed below -
  • Framing
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Insulation (If needed)
  • Sheetrock
  • Interior trim
  • Painting
  • Build cabinets/bars/etc.
  • Electrical/plumbing/HVAC Trim
  • Floor-coverings
  • Hardware and final punch-out

INVOICING

 During the construction process we have a 6 draw billing process listed below -
  • Signing 15%
  • Start day 20%
  • Rough in (framing, rough elec., rough plumbing) 25%
  • Trim out (sheetrock finished, interior trim complete) 25%
  • Completion (painting complete, floor-coverings installed) 12%
  • Final (final punch-out completed, job is finished) 3%

JOB COMPLETE!

 Your job is finished. At this point we may request to use you as a reference and it is time to start enjoying your basement!
